BLINDS EPRESS HORIZONTAL BLINDS LIFETIME LIMITED WARRANTY

Our Guarantee: Once you are satisfied with your Faux Wood Blinds and the way it is installed in your home, BLINDS EPRESS guarantees your blinds will be free from defects due to faulty workmanship or materials for a life time-limited warranty from the date of purchase, provided that the product was installed properly and in accordance with the installation instructions. The warranty is extended to the original purchaser only, in the original windows for which it was intended in residential properties only.

Three Year Warranty: For the period of three years from the date of purchase, BLINDS EPRESS will repair or replace any slat which is defective.

Our Obligation To You: For claims covered by the guarantee, BLINDS EPRESS will replace or repair any product, with like or similar parts, found to be defective as a result of faulty workmanship or materials, and excludes shipping cost, trip charges and labor cost for measuring and installation.

Guarantee Limits: This guarantee does not apply to any EuroWood Blinds or parts thereof which fail due to accident, alterations, improper use, abuse, neglect, normal wear, nor color fading due to sunlight, direct exposure to salt air, failure to follow instructions for measuring, installing or operating the product. Slight warpage and variation in color and grain are normal and not considered defects.

Any defect, malfunction or other failure of the product to conform to this limited guarantee will be remedied by BLINDS EPRESS solely in the manner provided in this guarantee.

THIS LIMITED GUARANTEE DOES NOT COVER, AND IS INTENDED TO EXCLUDE, ANY ALL LIABILITY ON THE PART OF THE COMPANY, WHETHER UNDER THIS LIMITED GUARANTEE OR UNDER ANY GUARANTEE IMPLIED BY LAW, FOR ANY INDIRECT OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES FOR BREACH THEREOF EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY PROVIDED ABOVE IN THIS LIMITED GUARANTEE, THE COMPANY HEREBY NEGATES AND DISCLAIMS ALL EXPRESS GUARANTEES.
