About Horizontal Sheer Shades

Warranty Information Cleaning and Care: The soft and delicate feel of Sheer Horizontal Window Shadings belies the durability of the material. Sheer Horizontal is created from sturdy, knitted polyester fabric and maybe feather dusted or vacuumed at low suction setting. Spots or stains can be rubbed clean with a damp sponge and mild soap. To avoid discoloration of the material, we recommend against the use of chemical cleaners. If necessary the shading can be professionally ultrasonically cleaned. All knitted fabrics experience weave variations due to heat, humidity and other room conditions. These variations can result in slight bowing, puckering, and dimpling of the Sheer Horizontal material. The possible variations are minor and have been shown through case studies not to detract from the beauty of this product. Window Shadings Lifetime Limited Warranty Our Guarantee: Once you are satisfied with your new Renaissance Sheers and the way it is installed in your home, Window Fashions guarantees your shade will be free from defects due to faulty workmanship or materials for as long as the original purchaser owns the product, provided that the product was installed properly and in accordance with the installation instructions. The warranty is extended to the original purchaser only, in the original windows for which it was intended in residential properties only. Our Obligation To You: For claims covered by the guarantee, Window Fashions will replace or repair any product, with like or similar parts, which are found to be defective as a result of faulty workmanship or materials and excludes shipping costs, trip charges and labor costs for measuring and installation. Guarantee Limits: This guarantee does not apply to any Renaissance Shade or parts thereof which fail due to accident, alteration, improper use, abuse, neglect, normal wear, nor color fading due to sunlight, direct exposure to salt air, failure to follow instructions, installing or operating the product. Any defect, malfunction or another failure of the product to conform to this limited guarantee will be remedied by Window Fashions solely in the manner provided in this guarantee. THIS LIMITED GUARANTEE DOES NOT COVER, AND IS INTENDED TO EXCLUDE, ANY AND ALL LIABILITY ON THE PART OF THE COMPANY, WHETHER UNDER THIS LIMITED GUARANTEE OR UNDER ANY GUARANTEE IMPLIED BY LAW, FOR ANY INDIRECT OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES FOR BREACH THEREOF EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY PROVIDED ABOVE IN THIS LIMITED GUARANTEE, THE COMPANY HEREBY NEGATES AND DISCLAIMS ALL EXPRESS GUARANTEES.
