Product Description:

Alicia Valance Window Shadings are perfect if you like the look of 2\" blinds but would like a little more privacy than the wood blinds or fauxwoods give when rotated open. The louver is in the center with a sheer fabric on the front and back of the louver so when rotated open you look through the sheer fabric. The sheer material adds some privacy while still enabling you to see your view outside. The Alicia Valance window shades have a beautiful, soft look to them which are suitable in formal settings while also looking great as a casual window treatment too. Our sheer horizontals are the Prestige Florentine Soft Sheers brand. These are similar to the Comfortex Shangri-La and Verosol Vienna Window Shadings.

The Alicia Valance window shadings will cut out the direct sunlight while still filling the room with a glowing subtle light. They have the functionality of a blind with the soft look of draperies. The louvers can be rotated to different angles to adjust the light and the view or you can lift them all the way up to the top of the window where they virtually disappear into the headrail. The control is a continuous loop cord which lifts and lowers the shade. The cord always remains the same length unlike other types of window blinds that have a lift cord that gets longer hanging on the floor when the blind is lifted. With the continuous loop control the shade can be stopped in any height position that you want it at.

Warranty InformationCleaning and Care:
The soft and delicate feel of Sheer Horizontal Window Shadings belies the durability of the material. Sheer Horizontal is created from strudy, knitted polyester fabric and may be feather dusted or vacuumed at low suction setting. Spots or stains can be rubbed clean with a damp sponge and mild soap. To avoid discoloration of the material, we recommend against the use of chemical cleaners. If necessary the shading can be professionally ultrasonically cleaned.

All knitted fabrics experience weave variations due to heat, humidity and other room conditions. These variations can result in slight bowing, puckering and dimpling of the Sheer Horizontal material. The possible variations are minor and have been shown through case study not to detract from the beauty of this product.

Our Guarantee: Once you are satisfied with your new Renaissance Sheers and the way it is installed in your home, Window Fashions guarantees your shade will be free from defects due to faulty workmanship or materials for as long as the original purchaser owns the product, provided that the product was installed properly and in accordance with the installation instructions. The warranty is extended to the original purchaser only, in the original windows for which it was intended in residential properties only.Our

Obligation To You: For claims covered by the guarantee, Window Fashions will replace or repair any product, with like or similar parts, which are found to be defective as a result of faulty workmanship or materials and excludes shipping costs, trip charges and labor costs for measuring and installtion.

Guarantee Limits: This guarantee does not apply to any Renaissance Shade or parts thereof which fail due to accident, alteration, improper use, abuse, neglect, normal wear, nor color fading dut to sunlight, direct exposure to salt air, failurre to follow instructions, installing or operating the product. Any defect, malfunction or other failure of the product to conform to this limited guarantee will be remedied by Window Fashions solely in the manner provided in this guarantee.

THIS LIMITED GUARANTEE DOES NOT COVER, AND IS INTENDED TO EXCLUDE, ANY AND ALL LIABILITY ON THE PART OF THE COMPANY, WHETHER UNDER THIS LIMITED GUARANTE OR UNDER ANY GUARNATEE IMPLIED BY LAW, FOR ANY INDIRECT OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES FOR BREACH THEREOF EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY PROVIDED ABOVE IN THIS LIMITED GUARANTEE, THE COMPANY HEREBY NEGATES AND DISCLAIMS ALL EXPRESS GUARANTEES.

Note: Some states do not allow the exclusion of limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the foregoing limitation or exclusion regarding such damages may not apply to you. Shipping Fees
UPS or FedEx Ground Shipping:
This applies to all orders under 96 inches in width or length shipping to an address in the contiguous 48 states of the U.S. If it travels by UPS or FedEx then shipping is FREE! Please call us for shipping quotes outside the covered area. Excluding all Plantation Shutters, which incurrs a 0.00 flat shipping fee per manufacturer.

Oversize Products Shipping Fee:
If your package is 96 inches or over in width or length it will be shipped by common carrier (semi truck) from the nearest manufacturing facility to you. There will be a .00 oversize shipping charge for any order with products that are 96 inches or more in width or length. This charge is per manufacturer. Meaning if you order two oversized products and they are from two different manufacturers (two different brands) then there will be TWO charges for a total of 0 shipping. But, if you have more than one product over 96 inches at it is from same manufacturer you will only pay one oversize fee. The fee is per order, not per blind. Excluding all Plantation Shutters, which incurs a 0.00 flat shipping fee per manufacturer.
